# HEAR HERE: Breeze Airways Opens GSP–Columbus Nonstop May 8, More Routes Coming

**HEAR HERE — Not News Yet But What Is Being Said.**

Breeze Airways is launching nonstop service between Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) and John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH) beginning May 8, 2026. Flights will operate twice weekly — on Mondays and Fridays — and tickets are already available at flybreeze.com.

The GSP-Columbus route will be the 10th nonstop destination served by Breeze from Columbus. Breeze is also adding nonstop GSP service to Savannah and Tampa starting July 3, 2026, further expanding the low-cost carrier’s footprint at the airport.

GSP was named Best Small Airport in North America in 2025, and the new Breeze routes continue a pattern of route expansion that has made the airport increasingly competitive with larger regional hubs. The Columbus connection opens a new Ohio market corridor — particularly relevant for business travel and the region’s automotive supply chain relationships.

The route is part of a broader expansion by Breeze out of Columbus, which announced nine new nonstop destinations for 2026 across multiple markets.
