**Pipeline watch:** Several City of Spartanburg projects remain in the development pipeline with real dollar figures attached — including Beaumont Mill redevelopment, 111 Main Street, Hangar D rehabilitation, and a Carolina Foothills FCU HQ project.

What we’re watching now: which of these move from “authorized/approved” into visible site work and vendor procurement. Those early signals often show up first as permits, contractor bids, or job postings.
