# HEAR HERE: Regus Co-Working Space Coming to 500 W. Main Street in Q4 2026

**HEAR HERE — Not News Yet But What Is Being Said.**

A Regus co-working space is coming to 500 W. Main Street in Spartanburg, with an opening scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026. The space is being brought by International Workplace Group (IWG), the global flexible-workspace giant behind the Regus, Spaces, HQ, and Signature brands.

The new Spartanburg location will feature co-working desks, private offices, meeting rooms, and creative areas designed to serve both established firms and startups. IWG operates more than 4,000 workspace locations across 120 countries.

“As an important business hub, South Carolina is a fantastic place for us to boost our expansion plans as the need for cutting-edge flexible workspaces continues to soar and hybrid working becomes the new normal,” said IWG CEO and founder Mark Dixon.

The Spartanburg opening is part of a broader South Carolina push that will bring IWG locations to Charleston, Columbia, Rock Hill, and Moncks Corner as well — pushing the company’s total South Carolina footprint to more than 20 locations in 2026. The 500 W. Main Street address places it in the heart of downtown Spartanburg’s commercial corridor.
