One of the victims, identified as 17-year-old Kory Nathaniel Fredericks from Duncan, South Carolina, was pronounced dead at 2:47 a.m. on June 22, as confirmed by Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office Chief Investigator Johnathan Lawson. The second unidentified victim is currently receiving treatment for serious injuries and remains in critical condition.
