Boeing, a leading aircraft manufacturer, has announced a significant investment of $1 billion to upgrade its existing operations in Charleston County, South Carolina. Boeing plans to ramp up production to a rate of ten airplanes per month by 2026, with operations expected to begin in early 2027.

Furthermore, LaserForm & Machine is set to invest $16 million to expand its operations in Kershaw County, creating 32 new jobs.
Meyn America, which specializes in poultry processing equipment, plans to invest around $50 million in Oconee County and create 172 new jobs. Meanwhile, NUPI Americas is set to invest $7 million in Hampton County, adding 30 new jobs to the region. Finally, Magna International will invest a total of approximately $200 million in Greenville County, which will generate about 200 new jobs.
