The Spartanburg Heart Walk, a 3.1-mile non-competitive family-friendly walk benefiting the American Heart Association, is scheduled for Saturday, April 17, 2026 in Spartanburg.

The Heart Walk is the American Heart Association’s largest national fundraiser and brings together the community to fight heart disease and stroke. Participants are encouraged to walk as individuals or form teams with friends, family, and coworkers.

Heart disease remains the number one killer in the United States and South Carolina. The funds raised support AHA research, educational programs, and advocacy efforts.

Registration is free. Participants are encouraged to fundraise to support the American Heart Association’s mission.
