What does the licensed-partner agreement cover?
Exclusive territory (your DMA or custom geography), full agency dashboard access, bulk client onboarding, white-label reporting, and a named account manager on the HERE City side. What does 35% commission apply to?

One-time orders, recurring subscriptions, and annual renewals all pay the same 35%.
How is this different from just being a reseller?

Do I need editorial staff?

Is there an exclusive-territory buyout clause?
