The City of Spartanburg says it was selected as a Municipal Investment Fund (MIF) Phase 1 Market Building grantee, a step intended to help build a pipeline of energy resilience projects that can attract public and private investment.
The city said the work includes developing a public-private partnership plan for priority projects, building an impact analysis framework with community education, and engaging contractors and energy companies.
