Ten at the Top’s annual PIQUE conference for young professionals returns to Spartanburg today, Thursday, April 16, bringing together emerging leaders from across the Upstate for an afternoon of workshops, executive roundtables, and networking at the Milliken & Company Customer Center on 920 Milliken Road. The full-day program runs from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., drawing professionals from Spartanburg, Greenville, and surrounding counties for one of the region’s largest young professional development events of the year.

This year’s lineup includes sessions on executive communication, career mapping, and whole-person wellness, led by speakers from Spartanburg Community College, Goodwill Industries of Upstate/Midlands SC, Milliken & Company, Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District, and Pinnacle Partnership, among others. Attendees also have access to an AFL LinkedIn Lounge for professional headshots, an expo area, and executive roundtables running throughout the afternoon.

PIQUE is organized by Ten at the Top, the Upstate nonprofit that convenes regional leaders across government, business, and civic sectors. Hosting the event at Milliken & Company — one of Spartanburg County’s oldest and most prominent employers — underscores the textile and technology company’s ongoing investment in the next generation of Upstate talent. Tickets are priced at $29 for general admission, with sessions continuing through a 5:00 p.m. networking reception.
