What does the licensed-partner agreement cover?
Exclusive territory (your DMA or custom geography), full agency dashboard access, bulk client onboarding, white-label reporting, and a named account manager on the HERE City side. It's what locks your market. Pricing and activation details are sent directly to qualifying agencies after the partnership call — we don't publish them on the public site.
What does 35% commission apply to?
Every product in the HERE City catalog — Press Release, Spotlight, Product Launch, Interview Studio, HEREmention, Corporate Communications bundles, Section Sponsorship, Game Day, Sponsored Articles, Business Directory, Realtor, Moving Here, Obituaries, Weddings, and Event Submissions. One-time orders, recurring subscriptions, and annual renewals all pay the same 35%.
How is this different from just being a reseller?
Resellers sell somebody else's brand. White-label agencies sell their own brand with HERE City as an invisible editorial backend. Client-facing reports wear your logo. Sponsor cards credit your agency. The press release itself goes to a national news network — but the relationship, the invoice, and the account ownership stay with you.
Do I need editorial staff?

Can I sell the same client across multiple HERE City markets?

How fast can I be live?

Is there an exclusive-territory buyout clause?
Yes — while your license is active and in good standing, no other agency can license the same territory. The license auto-renews annually; either party can non-renew with 60 days notice. Your commission book continues paying on active clients through the natural end of their subscriptions.
