What’s the difference between the Field and a single Neighborhood sponsorship?
Single Neighborhood ($149/mo) locks down one specific page — Converse Heights, Hampton Heights, etc. The Field ($249/mo) covers every neighborhood we haven’t built a page for yet. If a buyer searches for Hillbrook or Park Hills or any of the other unbuilt areas, your card appears. The Field is for agents who farm broadly or businesses (mortgage, insurance, moving) that serve the whole market.
What happens when you build a page for one of the Field neighborhoods?
You get 48 hours of first right of refusal. If you want to convert that specific neighborhood to a single $149/mo sponsorship (and lock the price), you can. If you pass, the page opens up to other sponsors and you stay on the Field, which now covers one fewer area. Either way, you keep the Field.
How many neighborhoods are in the Field right now?
Eight, as of this writing: Hillbrook, Park Hills, Northside Saxon, South Converse, Fernwood, Cedar Springs, Drayton Mills, Moore-Reidville. The list is published on the Neighborhood Finder page; the Field always covers whatever is on it. As we publish guides the count drops; as we identify new emerging areas it grows.
